About Us

Preserve Their Voice was created by two brothers, Jason & Trent Troyer. We wanted to support funeral homes, cemeteries, and hospices and help families easily record and preserve their family stories.

Jason Troyer, PhD

Jason (rockin’ the red sweater above) is a grief educator and expert on rituals. He earned his master's degree in counseling and his doctorate in counseling psychology. Jason runs on calzones and Earl Grey Tea and only wears a suit when he has to.

Trent Troyer

Trent (in the blue cardigan above) is a computer expert with experience in databases, website design, and progressive web applications. He has a degree in Aerospace Engineering and has worked for Pella Corporation, UPS, and Wells Fargo. Trent has played Ultimate for over 4 decades, has been a part of national championship teams, and has competed internationally.
